Jessica Rouse, MD

Jessica moved to Vermont in 2002 for Medical School, and just hasn’t left.  She graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 2006 and from a Family Medicine Residency at Fletcher Allen Healthcare (now the University of Vermont Medical Center) in 2009.  She has been in practice in Middlebury since then.

Jessica lives in Middlebury with her wife, three kids, and her dog.  She enjoys hiking, cooking, and doing lighting design for community theater.

Jessica is currently not accepting new patients.

Laura Wilkinson, FNP

Laura is a native Vermonter who has been part of the Addison County community as a Nurse Practitioner for the last ten years. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005 with a Masters in Nursing. She received a National Health Service Corp award, bringing her to rural New York for five years of service. She transitioned back to her home state to work at Porter Internal Medicine in 2010, and just recently ended her time at Middlebury College as a Nurse Practitioner and Health Coach.

Laura lives in Vergennes with her partner, daughter, and furry family. She finds joy in hiking with friends, playing her fiddle, fly fishing, and being a present mama for her daughter, Ellie.
